Installation of solar panels on the roofs of housing schemes at Morley Close/Price Close (update 11 March 2021)
Our bid to tackle climate change by becoming more energy efficient took another step forward recently with the installation of solar panels on the roofs of housing schemes at Morley Close/Price Close in Lancaster. This follows the installation of panels at Melling House, Hala which was part of work to convert the scheme manager’s flat into two new apartments. More details here...

Energy and your home
If you are a new tenant, we will contact you when you first move in to offer energy advice and help you with your heating controls in your home but no matter how long you have been in your home energy advice is available. More details here....
Green Homes Grant
- The Green Homes Grant scheme seeks to improve the energy efficiency of homes occupied by council housing tenants. Properties eligible for the grant are those with a low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F or G. More detail here...
