Victim 1: Mary Ann Nicholas

The first victim Mary Ann "Polly" Nicholas was found on August 31st at 3:30 a.m by Charles Cross on Bucks Row.

the second victim of Jack the Ripper. Annies brutally murdered body was found on 29 Hanbury street.

Catherine Eddowes murder was on the same day of Elizabeth Stride's murder on September 30th at 1:44 a.m

Victim 5: Mary Jane Kelly

The final victim of Jack the Ripper, Mary Jane Kelly's mutilated body was found in a room she had leased on Dorset Street. The most gruesome murders out of all of the Ripper's victims.

Victim 6: Martha Tabram

She could be the first victim of Jack the Ripper. Tabram's body was found on the Gunthorpe street, Martha Tabram was murdered in George yard, Whitechapel.

At 3:45 a constable name John Neil arrives on the scene and finds the body. He finds that the woman’s throat had been cut. The doctor notices incisions along her abdomen.

Annie Chapman's Injuries

Annie had been murdered and her body terribly mutilated. A handkerchief was tied around her throat, the Doctor also noted that despite the massive injuries to her neck and torso, there was not a lot of blood loss from the body, and that her tongue was left sticking out of her swollen head, this meant she was strangled first and then brutally killed with a sharp weapon.

Elizabeth Stride Injuries

The only injury reported that her throat was deeply gashed, six inches in length.

Catherine Eddowes Injuries

Her throat was slashed, abdomen carved open, and her left kidney was removed.

The first victim of the Jack the Ripper Mary Ann Nichols body was found in a gateway entrance between a board school and a neighborhood of cottages on Durward street. She was stabbed twice in the private areas, her abdomens were slashed, and was a victim of attempted decapitation (Curtis 2001, 20)

This Annie Chapmans murder scene. At 6am on September 8, 1888 Annie chapman was found in the backyard of 29 Hanbury Street where she had been murdered.

The Case of Berner/ Henriques Street

Berner street, now known as Henriques Street was the murder scene where the third victim was murdered. Elizabeth Stride, 45. It was believed she had a less brutal assassination as there was only a deep throat cut, believed to be an attempted decapitation (Curtis 2001, 20-21)

The south corner of the square was the site of murder of Catherine Eddowes. She was found in the corner with her throat cut to the bone, face, stomach, pelvic area slashed, her left kidney and uterus missing, and intestines lying on her right shoulder and left arm. (Curtis 2001, 21)

Mary Kelly lived in Miller's Court just off Dorset street before she was brutally murdered. Kelly was the last victim of Jack the Ripper.

The body of Martha Tabram was found on August 7, 1888 in Gunthorpe Street, known as George Yard. She was lying in a pool of her blood, and was wounded a total of 39 times (Ryder 1996).

Westminster Palace

With little connection to Jack the Ripper or any of the killings, the Westminster palace is a historic building for Great Britain's monarchs.

Buckingham Palace

Similar to Westminster, the Buckingham palace is as well a historical (but more modern) living abode for monarch of England. It is currently home to British royalty.

A box was mailed to the president of the Whitechapel vigilance committee containing half a kidney preserved in a wine that was a close match to the one removed from one of the victims bodies. possibly Eddowes.

Victim 3: Elizabeth Stride

the third victim of Jack the Ripper. Elizabeth's body was found on Henriques Street.

Cause of death: Murder, hemorrhage due to partial severance to the left carotid artery; severance of trachea

Victim 4: Catherine Eddowes

Catherine Eddowes murder was on the same day of Elizabeth Stride's murder on September 30th at 1:44 a.m

Cause of death: blood loss due to the severity of injuries

Victim 5: Mary Jane Kelly

The final victim of Jack the Ripper, Mary Jane Kelly's mutilated body was found in a room she had leased on Dorset Street. The most gruesome murders out of all of the Ripper's victims.

Her mutilated body was discovered in a room leased on Dorset street in East London in the Spitalfields area, known as the most dangerous areas in all of Whitechapel. Today nothing of this street remains as it has been demolished and no resemblance as what it was in 1888 (Brennet n.d.)
