What Could Langston Boulevard Look Like?

Plan Langston Boulevard is working to develop a comprehensive vision and policy framework for the future of the Langston Boulevard corridor. This plan will help guide private and public investment in the area over the next several decades. Change is already happening in the corridor and without a plan, the modest, fragmented improvements made without community input that do not always achieve community objectives will continue.
The Preliminary Concept Plan (PCP) seeks to blend the community-based Green Main Street Vision into a cohesive and comprehensive guide for the future of Langston Boulevard that is feasible to implement. More information about the proposed enhancements depicted in this map can be found in the PCP.

Please note: Illustrations in this map and throughout the PCP report depict the vision in one of the many ways it could be realized. They are not intended to show the only way development can take place in the corridor. Likewise, the public spaces and street connections in diagrams are intended to depict the general location and approximate scale of proposed amenities and infrastructure. The specific alignment, location, shape, and dimensions of these features will be determined as part of future development proposals.
