OVERVIEW
The intersection of East Street and Cocasset Street has been the location of several accidents and near misses. As part of the Town of Foxborough's Complete Streets program, we have secured funding to make this intersection safer for residents.

TRAFFIC PLAN
During construction, the connector between the north section of East Street (to/from Sharon) and Cocasset Street will be closed to traffic. Cocasset Street and East Street themselves will be unaffected, but traffic coming from the north section of East Street turning left onto Cocasset Street towards the common will do so at the intersection (to the right of the blue pin on the map).
During times when East Street is severed at the intersection with Cocasset Street, the detour will be as follows: Cocasset Street to East Street (south towards Mansfield)/Franklin Street to Maple Street to Bird Road/Mansfield Street to Willow Street to East Street (north towards Sharon).
