There are 20 platforms in the Santa Barbara Channel. Here, you can see what their decommissioning status is, from West to East.

Irene
Platform Irene is currently in operation.
Operator: Freeport- McMoRan Oil and Gas LLC
Installed 1985
Depth: 242 Feet

Hidalgo, Harvest, and Hermosa
Known the the Pt. Arguello Unit, these three platforms are in the process of being decommissioned.

Installed between 1985-1986
Depth: 430 ft; 675 ft; 603 ft

Heritage, Harmony, and Hondo
These three platforms are known as the Santa Ynez Unit and are currently in operation.
Operator: ExxonMobil
Installed between 1981-1989; First Production 1981-1993
Depth: 1075 ft; 1198 ft; 842 ft

Platform Holly
Platform Holly is the only platform in the Santa Barbara Channel that is in California State Waters. Holly was shut in after the 2105 Refugio Oil Spill and is currently being decommissioned.
Operator: Venoco was the last operator, while ExxonMobil is the successor in interest (aka original operator) and is also responsible for decommissioning.
First Production: 1976
Depth: 211 feet

C, B, A, and Hillhouse
Platforms C, B, A, and Hillhouse are directly south of the Santa Barbara Shoreline. These platforms are all currently in operation.

Installed 1969-1977; First production 1969-1977
Depth: 192 ft; 190 ft; 188 ft; 190 ft

Houchin and Hogan

Platforms Houchin and Hogan are operated by Signal Hill Service Inc., aka Pacific Operators Offshore, LLC, which ceased production in October 2019 when the California State Lands Commission terminated the lease.
First Production: 1969; 1968
Depth: 163 ft; 145 ft

Grace

Platform Grace is in the process of decommissioning by Chevron.
Operator: Beacon West Energy Group, LLC (Designated Agent for Decommissioning Purposes by Chevron U.S.A. Inc.)
First Production: 1979
Depth: 320 feet
Chevron has proposed its conductor removal program and BSEE is reviewing. More info here and here .
