Map Tours: Japan Study Tours

This project shares media and materials that I have collected while traveling through Japan in January 2008 and Spring 2014. Some materials are displayed on the Map Tour, or in interactive Genially apps.

All pictures were taken by myself while traveling through the country - there are some video clips added from YouTube sources to expand on information for different regions.

These images were annotated using  Genially  - Genially can be used to annotate images, embed media within images, and then share as a link or embed into websites for extra interactivity.

While visiting cafes in Akihabara - I was able to get lunch with pictures drawn on top!

Drink: Mocha with whip and chocolate syrup

Lunch: Omlet rice with veggies

Desert: Vanilla ice cream rabbit with glazed vanilla cookies

There are many types of different food and restaurants that can be found in Japan!

Yoshinoya is one of my favorite places to eat in Japan - at the end of a long day of traveling, it can be really relaxing to grab a beef bowl with miso.
