About the Project

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is beginning to develop and evaluate alternatives to improve the Southwest Boise and South Meridian Neighborhoods. This project will identify improvements to create a safe, comfortable, and convenient bicycle and pedestrian network from Locust Grove Road to Entertainment Avenue. The proposed network will include:

  • Easy Jet Drive
  • Hollandale Street
  • K-Bar-T Drive
  • Targee Street
  • Neighborhood roads and connections
