The Otter Creek Tactical Basin Plan is a synthesis of water quality information from 2012-2018. Plans are developed with input and feedback from multiple state and local partners and stakeholders.
The Draft Otter Creek Tactical Basin plan identifies target watersheds and strategies to protect and restore water quality for each land use sector.
