Aberdeenshire Council Housing Land Audit 2024

This Storymap allows users to explore the sites in the Final Housing Land Audit 2024. The sites are separated into their respective administrative areas and settlements. Viewers can click on the settlements in the list to the left hand side of the map and the map will zoom to the sites in the area. Further information can be viewed by clicking anywhere within the sites of interest.

The interactive table at the end of the Storymap shows further details on the sites, including programming from 2024 - 2034.

The  Housing Land Audit 2024  report provides analysis of the land supply, details of the audit methodology and consultation process, and a glossary of terms used. Tables with full site details and settlement completions are also available.

You can scroll through the table (please scroll vertically and horizontally to see all information), or filter by admin area, settlement, housing market area, planning and supply status.
