Navajo Generating Station a coal-fired steam plant near Page Arizona. This power plant is one of the biggest pollution emitter in the United States.

By providing detailed information about water rights and water use associated with coal plants and mines,  this study  may assist impacted communities and other stakeholders as they develop strategies for transitioning from a coal-based economy.
