GWV “Digital Equity Final Plans"

The Appalachian Regional Commission has designated 18 counties across our region as distressed areas. In response, each county has developed a Final Digital Equity Plan aimed at addressing local digital infrastructure needs and enhancing access to technology and broadband services.
These Final Digital Equity Plans are now available for public review and input. Your feedback is crucial in shaping these plans to better meet the needs of our communities. Whether you live in one of these counties or have a stake in their development, we invite you to review the plans and share your thoughts.

- Review Physical Copies: The Review Locations highlighted on the map below can provide hard-copy final Digital Equity Plans for those who prefer to review the final plan in person.
