GeoPRISMS interactive map

featuring research projects funded or co-funded by GeoPRISMS

This collection of projects highlights 20 years of science accomplishments and community building efforts made through the GeoPRISMS and the MARGINS programs, offering summaries of multidisciplinary research conducted across primary sites.

GeoPRISMS  (2010-2021) was funded by the  National Science Foundation . GeoPRISMS (Geodynamic Processes at Rifting and Subducting Margins) was a community effort that studied the origin and evolution of continental margins. GeoPRISMS supported interdisciplinary and shoreline crossing activities that combine marine and terrestrial approach to study the margins evolution and their dynamics.
