In 2023, we invested approximately $88 million in capital upgrades to our water and wastewater infrastructure and system operations. Over the past few years, we've dramatically accelerated our water main replacement rate through our Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) program. Our replacement rate continues to increase to meet the demand of replacing aging infrastructure, resulting in more reliable service to our customers.
