Report COVID-19 a Positive Test Result
This protected health information will be solely used for follow-up purposes by the Lewis and Clark Public Health staff .
If you test positive for COVID-19 using a commercially available at-home test, you should self-report your positive test results to LCPH by filling out this form . Once submitted, you will receive a text or a call from LCPH to further discuss next steps based on your results.
Please note, individuals who test positive for COVID-19 should begin isolation immediately. If necessary, contact your healthcare provider with COVID-19 treatment options.

Contact Tracing- SMS Text
On January 31, 2022, the Lewis and Clark Public Health moved to automated contact tracing, using SMS text messaging to reach all positive COVID-19 cases in our county and to provide them with isolation and other information. Text messages originate from the number (406) 213-1444. This is a phone number specifically used by LCPH for this purpose. The message looks like this:
