Ustick Road Corridor
The City of Nampa is improving the Ustick Road corridor for motorists and pedestrians.

Ustick Road: The Big Picture

Ustick Road is one of the longest continuous corridors in the Treasure Valley. The 37-mile roadway connects the communities of Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian and Boise. Seven miles of this corridor are located in Nampa.
As the Treasure Valley continues to grow, traffic on Ustick Road in Nampa is expected to increase by more than 500 percent.
The City of Nampa is making this corridor a priority as our community continues to grow and thrive.
2025-2026 Widening Project
Ustick Road: Phyllis Canal to Owyhee Storm
The City of Nampa will widen and improve Ustick Road between the Phyllis Canal (just south of Can Ada Road) and Owyhee Storm Avenue.
Construction is planned to begin in late spring 2025 and continue for about 18 months.

Traffic impacts
Between Can Ada Road and Owyhee Storm Avenue, we expect that Ustick Road will be open for the majority of construction. Flaggers and short-term detours may be necessary.
More information will be available this spring as soon as a contractor is on board.
