Bladen Lakes State Forest

Discover the "Enchanted Forest"

Welcome to Bladen Lakes State Forest

Join us for a virtual tour of  Bladen Lakes State Forest  (BLSF). We will explore some of the natural and cultural resources that make the Bladen Lakes region unique, followed by a brief discussion of forest management strategies for a variety of landowner goals such as generating revenue and conserving wildlife habitat.

As you've seen, there are a multitude of fascinating features to discover at the "enchanted forest." However, not all locations mentioned in this virtual tour are open, or easily accessible to visitors. If you would like to see more of the forest in person, we encourage you to plan a visit to our Bladen Lakes State Forest Headquarters and explore Turnbull Creek Educational State Forest.
