Take a virtual tour of the winning gardens. Thank you for making Brooklyn Park beautiful!
To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower. Hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour. -William Blake
About Summer Blossom
The Summer Blossom Awards Program highlights attractive gardens and landscaping in Brooklyn Park. Started in 1999, this competitive program annually recognizes and rewards residents and businesses that strive to improve the City’s landscape.
About Brooklyn Park
With a population of more than 80,000 people, Brooklyn Park is the sixth-largest city in Minnesota and the fourth largest in the metropolitan area. We are a community that believes our residents are our strongest asset and the key to making Brooklyn Park thrive and prosper.
Choosing the winners
Each year the city reviews the gardens and selects the winners in four categories: single family (in one of four districts), town home, neighborhood, and commercial. Anyone can nominate you including neighbors, contractors, and, of course, you!
