Excavate and cut out damaged section of 24" round corrugated metal pipe, splice in new section of pipe, and form and pour concrete slab over repaired section to prevent future damage to pipe.

Removed damaged concrete spillway in outfall of storm basin, filled in erosions on banks of storm basin, installed a toe in filter cloth material in storm basin, and installed class II rip rap rock over filter cloth from bank to bank in disturbed areas to slow water and prevent future erosion of side slopes.

Installed silt fence sediment control below work area, removed existing concrete spillway and re-established berm, installed new inlet drop box with skimmer device and 63' of new 18" poly outfall pipe, mitered end section, and rip rap rubble apron.
