Founders' Park and Splash Pad

Founders' Park is an 11-acre park located across the street from Town Hall in the heart of Queen Creek. This neighborhood park is a community gathering place and host to many special events including Founders' Day and more! Founders' Park also features a Splash Pad.

Pocket Park for Pups

Come spend some time with your furry friends at the Town's one acre, lighted dog park! The park is located south of Town Hall on Ellsworth Road. The off-leash park consists of two separate grass-play areas, with interim amenities, enclosed fencing, and a drinking fountain.

Downtown Queen Creek/Town Center Plan Update 2024-2029

The focus of this area is to create a vibrant, active district in the heart of the Town Center that complements the culture and heritage of the community and provides a range of venues that celebrate all that is unique to Queen Creek. The Downtown extends from south of the Communiversity along Ellsworth Road to the Queen Creek Wash, and is bound on the west side by Ellsworth Loop Road.

Queen Creek’s Downtown Core Design Guidelines define the qualities of architecture, urban design, and public space that make for successful development within Downtown areas.

Downtown Core (DC) Zoning District Guidelines

The DC Zoning District encourages pedestrian-oriented development integrated with more specialty uses related to retail, dining, entertainment, services, residences and recreation.

Downtown Art & Placemaking Master Plan

The vision for the plan is to establish an approach and set priorities for the integration of art and placemaking in Downtown Queen Creek and help transform the area into an interactive, unique, and vibrant community center.

Queen Creek Town Hall

Incorporated in 1989, the Town of Queen Creek is one of Arizona's newest municipalities as well as the 3rd fastest growing city in the United States. The Historic Town Hall building began as a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held its first service on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13, 1951.
