Methodology
Data Collection Process
In order to shed light on the ongoing real estate projects and their impact on the Dix 30 neighborhood, I employed a systematic approach to data collection. This approach included the utilization of Field Map, a powerful data collection tool, to capture information on-site. Here's a breakdown of the key aspects of my data collection process:
Location Assessment: Using Field Map, I visited various locations within the Dix 30 neighborhood to identify the construction sites. This involved physically verifying whether a property was still under construction or had already reached completion.
Data Variables: I collected essential variables and features, such as property type, the property's construction status (i.e., under construction or finished), and whether the property was listed for sale in the market.
Data Timestamp: For each data point, I recorded the date of data capture, ensuring that the dataset is up-to-date and reflective of the real-time conditions within the neighborhood.
Collected Dataset
The dataset I compiled through these efforts is a valuable resource that provides a comprehensive picture of the changing real estate landscape within the Dix 30 neighborhood. The dataset contains the following key variables/features:
Property Type: This variable categorizes the properties within the neighborhood, helping distinguish between residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Construction Status: This feature indicates whether a property is currently under construction or has been completed.
Market Listing: It specifies whether a property is listed for sale in the real estate market, providing insights into its availability.
Data Capture Date: Each data point is associated with the date on which the information was collected, allowing for temporal analysis and ensuring the dataset's relevance.

Impact of Ongoing Real Estate Projects on the Dix 30 Community
The ongoing real estate projects, the Brossard-sur-le-parc Residential Project and The Eco-Quartier de la Gare Residential Project, are set to usher in a new era of growth and development within the Dix 30 neighborhood. Here's how these projects are expected to contribute to the community:
1. Brossard-sur-le-parc Residential Project:
This project promises to bring additional single-family homes to the neighborhood, further enhancing its suburban appeal. The infusion of new residences will not only diversify the property landscape but also provide opportunities for those seeking spacious, traditional housing options. The development is also expected to contribute to the local economy through the creation of jobs and services.
2. The Eco-Quartier de la Gare Residential Project:
The Eco-Quartier de la Gare project emphasizes sustainability and eco-friendly living. It introduces multi-family dwellings and condos, catering to residents who prefer a more compact and environmentally conscious lifestyle. This project's focus on sustainability aligns with the global trend towards green urban living. The development is likely to enhance the neighborhood's reputation as an attractive, forward-thinking community.
Both projects are anticipated to stimulate infrastructure development, such as improved transportation links, commercial spaces, and community facilities. These enhancements can offer increased convenience and amenities for residents. Furthermore, the construction of these projects is likely to attract new, prospective residents to the area, contributing to population growth and local demand for services, thereby positively affecting property values.
