Report overview

What is the LBOH Assessment Report?

The LBOH Assessment is a report available to Local Board of Health users in MAVEN. The report allows users to assess completion of key indicators in MAVEN. The report will pull information on days to complete various indicators from the administrative question package so that LBOH can monitor their progress over time. The report will also pull percent of cases during the selected time with key demographic indicators completed.

Why was the report created?

This report was created for Shared Services Arrangement (SSA) users participating in the Public Health Excellence (PHE) Grants. The report mirrors the MAVEN data included in the CART Assessment so that grantees can monitor their progress over time. Though the report was intended for PHE grantees, it can be used by any MAVEN user to monitor progress in their town over time.

What diseases are included in the report?

A subset of diseases are included in this report. These diseases were chosen as they involve the most LBOH follow up.

What fields are included in the report?

The report pulls immediate and routine diseases types into separate tables. The tables show disease type, average number of days from case create date to the completion of the LBOH Steps in the Administrative Question Package, and percent completion of key demographic indicators.
