Glossary of Terms

The Granary District is an industrial district in transition. Many of its older warehouses are being repurposed for office, retail, and restaurants. Several new housing developments have created new activities within the neighborhood, as well. The Fleet Block's redevelopment is an opportunity to introduce a mix of public and private uses to continue this positive community growth.

Why is environmental remediation needed on Fleet Block?
