Data Collection Note: Data are reported if a participant attended at least one session. A site(s) may have no value displayed for certain measures because of incomplete or missing data. If denominator was less than 10, percentages were not computed.

Outcomes from the 12-month program are not comparable to the 10 month program, the 2016 data might reflect the 10 or 12 month curriculum outcomes, depending on the site. Beginning 2017, the data are for 12 month curriculum only.
