A Modern Zoning Code

Conversion Map - February 2023

Boise’s zoning code has shaped our city, outlining how property can be used and what new future development should look like. To support the city’s long term vision as our community grows and changes, we are updating our zoning code to ensure we grow in a responsible and efficient manner that addresses the future needs of our city.

 The Conversion Map

We have been working with residents over the last two years to make edits to the conversion map. This is the final conversion map that has been submitted for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Boise City Council.
