Farmer Fred's Garden Spring Carnival

Ring in the Spring with us at City Park on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 6-9pm for Farmer Fred's Garden Spring Carnival! This FREE event features carnival games, bunny photos, egg races, and more. Concessions are available at an additional cost.

Free event parking is available at the San Marcos Activity Center, San Marcos Public Library, and City Park.

Please line up outside of the tear drop shaped egg hunt area, notated on the activity map above, during your designated age group time. Wait for the buzzer and collect as many eggs as you can, as fast as you can! Please no pushing or shoving. Unless your child is in the 1-3 age group, parents are not allowed inside the egg hunt area.

Hop on over to the bunny photo location notated on the activity map and get your pictures taken with everyone's favorite floppy-eared mascot! There is no professional photographer on site, but we will have volunteers available to help take your family photos.

We are always in need of helping hands to make these carnivals a possibility! Run a game booth, help with set up/tear down, or be on our prize patrol! We would love to have you be a part of these beloved community events. Click on the button below if you are interested in volunteering.

Rain or shine, Farmer Fred's will take place! In the event of heavy rains, we will move indoors to the  San Marcos Activity Center .
