How much can my rent go up?
A map of maximum rent increases in LA County, 2022
The map shows maximum annual increases allowed under city, county, and state rent stabilization regulations in place in summer, 2022. Displayed amounts assume that your unit is covered by a rent stabilization ordinance (RSO). Click on your city to see notes about exemptions from local RSOs. If your unit is not covered by a local RSO, the state-wide maximum increase (10%) applies unless you live in a detached single-family home or your building is less than 15 years old.
