Figure 1 As you can see from the table I created above, in about half of the data, the variability cannot be explained by the model. This is because the r squared value is .5. However, we can also note that there appears to be some moderately strong positive correlation. This means that when per capita income increases, a higher percentage of the population 25 and older has a bachelor's degree.

Figure 2 This is an image of the map displaying data from the scatter plot image in figure 1. As you can see with this map the percent of population that is 25 or older with a bachelor's degree or higher is shown with blue circles in various sizes. The size of the circle depends on the percentage of the population. From the legend you can see that the biggest circle is 75-100 and the smallest circle is 0. Additionally, the chart shows the per capita income and its associated numbers. This is based on color which you will also be able to see in the legend.
