The Mauser Mills
The Mauser family once owned a string of flour mills throughout the Lehigh Valley in the early twentieth century.

I started this project when I read of the imminent demolition of the Mauer mill facility in Treichlers, PA, the last surviving Mauser mill. I had driven by that location thousands of times since growing up in the area but had never paid much attention to the facility. Recently, I've become aware that important cultural and economic sites in the area are disappearing, and it is important to document those sites before they disappear.
