City of Jurupa Valley - Major Development Activity Map

A brief explanation on project status: This map provide a brief status for each project. The following explain what the status means:

1. Completed/Constructed: The project has been completed. Construction has been completed or the plan has been adopted.
2. Under Construction: The project is currently being built and/or the City is processing building permits.
3. Entitlements Approved: The project has been approved by abiding body, but construction has not begun.
4. Processing Entitlements: The project is currently being reviewed by the Community Development Department.
5. Inquiry/Pre-Application: An inquiry has been submitted to the City or the applicant has submitted a Pre-Application to the Community Development Department.
