Car crash spotted at the El Camino and Fifth Ave. intersection. Officers limited Southbound El Camino traffic to one lane until approximately 8:10 p.m. when they began reopening lanes. Police units, ambulances and firetrucks were present at the scene. At least two cars were involved and towed.
