Over the past four years, 55 projects have been completed or are currently under construction in Downtown Denver, bringing over $5.2B in investment to downtown. These projects add 8,200 new residential units, 3.6 million square feet of office space, and 1,949 new hotel rooms to our center city, creating opportunities for future growth and innovation.
