Russel Hall

Narrative

Named for Chief signal Officer Edgar Russel, Russel Hall was originally completed in 1936 and served many different purposes. The building was home to a library, classrooms, wargame room, Chaplin’s office, and more. In 2015 TetherView Properties bought the building and moved its headquarters there. Since then, several other tenants have moved into the building including the Monmouth County Division of Veteran Services, Little Silver Chiropractor, Colossus Media Group, Nicholl Field Design, Stellar supplements, Jersey Shore Acupuncture, and more.
