Lunchtime is the important time for every students. However, if the queuing time is too long, it will lower the quality of lunchtime everyday.
In terms of objectives, our project aim to study the relationship between the number of restaurants and the location of schools. By using the data and findings in our project, we hope that we can provide solutions for major problems we found and create a better future, achieving the topic of “Present Spatial Data, Map Our Future”.
In terms of assumptions,
Throughout the whole project, our group has learned that the demand of restaurants in a district is affected by the number of schools and residential areas nearby. While the supply of restaurants is affected by the type of land use near to schools. For instance, commercial areas have more restaurants and public estate or high-income residential areas have less restaurants.
This is the end of our study.
