This was a unique experience working with MPCA and researchers from the University of MN to make sure this site was safe not just for those working on planting and caring for the garden, but also that none of the toxins would seep through the plants to pollinators. We have an ongoing partnership with the University of MN to monitor and track the outcomes as well as experiment with soil amendments such as biochar at that site."
