Mt Tambora

A convergent plate boundary, or active subduction zone, when one plate sub-ducts beneath another, is what gave rise to Mount Tambora.
appearance
Mount Tambora resembles a flattened cone with a sizable crater and moderately steep slopes. Greenery and plants are all over its sides. The image depicts the volcano from the ground up.

activity
The volcano Mount Tambora is considered to be active. It last erupted in 1967, but there have been periods since then of increased seismic activity, which happened in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Its most notable eruption occurred in 1815, the most violent explosion ever documented in the 19th century (VEI-7).
1815 eruption
Massive explosions that grew smaller five days after the primary eruption took place. Volcanic material was emitted in the form of columns. Moreover, there were pyroclastic flows and hot ash, pumice, and rock clouds.

The volcano's extraordinary power caused the climate to change significantly for many years. Because of how cold it was in the spring and summer (1816, the year following the eruption), it became known as the year with a summer. Even so, it resulted in less global warming and made a good change. While poets Shelley and Byron were forced to stay inside due to the severe weather from the volcano and were telling ghost stories, Frankenstein (the well-known masterpiece of literature) was also written.

the eruption's effects on the world. Particularly impacted were New England and Europe. From June through August, the climate's cold (which brought on snowfall and frosts) killed almost all of the crops, resulting in widespread crop failures across Europe and Ireland's first major famine. The monsoon season in India was disrupted by floods in China.
