Our school has been involved in the GLOBE program since 1996. We are active members at all GLOBE festivals in Croatian schools. We perform all GLOBE protocols. We mostly enjoy those that require going to field classes and staying in nature. We like to cooperate with other GLOBE schools in Croatia and abroad. By doing this we learn more, we gain new knowledge and friends.
Our hydrological station on the river Drava.
Here we perform all hydrological measurements: water temperature, water pH, water transparency, chemical properties of water.
We like to stay in nature and in the fresh air so we enjoy visiting the banks of the Drava River.
The importance of the Drava River
We in the City of Osijek live by our river with full lungs. We love her and keep her from a young age.
Every year we participate in cleaning its shores.
