The Prizes

Thank you to our partners who have provided prizes for this year's competition

We were very lucky to have had a large range of generous prizes provided for the competition. Our development industry colleagues are passionate about inspiring young people into the industry.

We would like to extend our thanks to all who have given so generously.

DP9 planning consultants  donated £3,000 to purchase book voucher prizes for every finalist who was at our awards on Friday 8 March 2024.

Award-winning London developer,  Mount Anvil , has invited winners and runners-up of the 16-18 age group to join their team for work experience in July 2024. The Mayor's planning team will also be helping out with experiences for this.

International architects,  Gensler  has invited the winners and runners-up of the 16-18 age group and those for the Students Reinventing Cites - London competition running alongside Design Future London to work up their ideas to the next level with their team at the London office.

New London Architecture  has invited the winners and runners-up of the 5-11 age group and 11-15 age group to  the London Centre  where they will see the London model and workshop ideas for their New London Agenda.

ALL winners and runners-up are invited for a  tour of Canada Water  and the Printworks with the team from  British Land  - this is being organised by one of the apprentices in their team to make sure our young challengers are inspired by the site and the careers involved in making it happen.

Last year, our prize day last year was enjoyed immensely by all!

Make sure you watch our video which reflected on the design challenge experience.
