GeoPlan Student Profile: Sophia Palombo

Hi, my name is Sophia! I graduated in Spring 2021 with a dual degree in Economics and Sustainability and the Built Environment, with a specialization in Geodesign. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Real Estate, with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning.

I had no experience with GIS until I took an introductory class (DCP2001) during my second year at UF. Since then, I've enjoyed working on a variety of projects for school, work, and on my own. I started working at GeoPlan in October of 2019.
