The main bread that is used with every dish in Ethiopia is injera. Injera is like a sour bread like material that you eat with what ever stew you're consuming it with. Once you have the injera (which can be simply bought in Ethiopian stores), you prepare tibs.

You start by grilling the onions in oil and allowing that to simmer until they are slightly brown. From there, you slowly start adding the different veggies and spices. Those components should sit in the pot until you start seeing a color change and a natural juice in the pot. Then comes the grand finale. The meat.

Once you add the cube sliced beef into the pot, turn your temp up a little higher and let the magic do its thing. You'll start to be surrounded by an aroma that will almost give you a hug. The taste will be even better.
