Subway is a 1,530 SF fast-food restaurant that serves sub sandwiches, wraps, soups, and cookies, offering convenient and quick options for on-the-go meals.  

Fairfield by Marriott

Norwalk’s first hotel, the Fairfield Inn by Marriott, is set to open mid-2024 and will offer 79 rooms, a bar and outdoor pool. It will anchor the developing commercial district and serve visitors to the athletic facility. 

Hughes Retail Center

Hughes Retail Center will offer 13,290 SF of commercial retail center with proposed uses include retail, office, medical and/or commercial use located adjacent to the brand-new Gregg Young Auto Sports Complex at Norwalk Central. Construction expected to finish Spring 2024.  

Sportsplex USA

Sportsplex USA is 38,000 SF building that offers an indoor sports training complex focused on athlete and player development programming; the building will sit just north of Fareway Fields in the Gregg Young Sports Campus at Norwalk Central. 

Mullets

Mullets, a 6,000 SF restaurant, will open mid-2024 and be located at the west end of the new SportsPlex USA building and east of the City State Bank Norwalk Fieldhouse. It will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and will offer an arcade and patio. 

Pin High Golf Sports Bar

Pin High Golf is coming to the Gregg Young Sports Campus mid-2024. The 8,000-square-foot facility will offer a large putting area in addition to eight top-rated Golfzon Golf Simulators for course play and driving range work. 

Gregg Young Automotive Group Sports Campus

The Gregg Young Auto Sports Campus will be a 20+ acre indoor-outdoor sports and recreation campus that provides a place for the Metro area to utilize for all sports. The sports campus includes 10 acres of turf multi-sports fields (opened 2023), multi-use court space with rubberized gym floor, four basketball courts, four volleyball courts, and 6 pickleball courts, opening in 2024.  

Fareway Fields

Fareway Fields offers 10 acres of turf multi-sports fields with 6+ acres of public park and trail space. Amenities include concession stand and restrooms, parking, pedestrian walkways, and an outdoor spectator space.  

Winn's Pizza and Steakhouse Norwalk
