Oil depot in Belgorod

A major fire is burning at an oil depot on the eastern outskirts of Belgorod April 1. The regional governor has confirmed the incident in state media, alleging that two Ukrainian helicopters crossed the border at a low altitude before striking the facility at around 05:50.

Ukrainian officials have not commented on the incident. At least eight tanks of the 14-tank oil depot are currently ablaze, and around 190 emergency services personnel are on site. Authorities have evacuated houses and businesses in the immediate area as a precaution. Only two injuries have been reported.

The FKP Perm Powder Plant, located in the city of Perm, reportedly endured an explosion at approximately 8 p.m. local time,  according to local authorities .

The Perm Gunpowder Plant, manufactures explosives for the Grad and Smerch multiple rocket launchers. As well as, air defense systems, tanks and artillery, launch and acceleration stages for sea-based cruise missiles; in addition to ball thrusters for small arms according to the RIA Novosti news agency.
