NPP's IMPACT: Hospital and School Projects (2016-24)

From 2016 to 2024, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ghana embarked on a series of initiatives to enhance the healthcare and education sectors by establishing new hospitals and schools.  Geographic Information Systems  (GIS) technology has been employed to effectively assess and visualise the impact of these efforts. This advanced technology facilitates a thorough analysis of the geographic distribution of facilities, enabling stakeholders to evaluate accessibility and understand the demographics they serve. By harnessing the capabilities of GIS, the  NPP  aspires to improve planning and decision-making processes, ensuring that resources are allocated in a manner that addresses the most pressing needs. Furthermore, this initiative aims to continuously monitor progress and evaluate the outcomes of these investments in healthcare and education across the diverse regions of Ghana, fostering a more informed approach to development.

The ten (10) STEM schools seek to provide a comprehensive education focused on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. These institutions equip students with essential skills and knowledge crucial for success in future careers related to these disciplines.
