Brix Local Food Sourcing

We are proud to call ourselves a true farm-to-table restaurant. Explore the map below to learn more about our locally-sourced foods.

We strive to use local and sustainably-produced ingredients in our cider and restaurant. In 2020, 52% of our total food & cider purchases were direct from Wisconsin farms. Explore the map below to see where we supported Wisconsin agriculture.

Another 18% of the total purchases included Wisconsin-grown products purchased indirectly through local or regional distributors (in green), and 12% came from Wisconsin-owned businesses (in blue).

Not all of our food can be locally grown, though. Explore the map below to learn more about some of the ingredients we source from around the world.
