2025

The City of Vancouver has  signed a contract  with Columbia River Mental Health to establish and operate a mobile MAT/OTP (Medication Assisted Treatment/Opioid Treatment Program). This program will address the immediate behavioral health and addiction needs of the unsheltered population, as well as provide daily opioid treatment services at the City’s congregate shelter once opened, reducing overdose risks and preparing individuals for sustainable stability and housing. The contract shall not exceed $1.66 million for year 1. This dashboard will be updated to reflect actual amount spent on contract in year 1 in early 2026.
