The Quillayute River enters the Pacific Ocean at La Push Washington located in the map below and is home to the Quileute Indian Tribe who have been there for as long as legend tells. One legend says that the Native American people were transformed from wolves from an ancient Transformer. This land has served them as they hunted, foraged and survived and thrived.
