2020 Existing Land Use

Village of Bellevue, WI - Community Development Department

Land use classifications categorize land based on the activities, economic functions, or structures on a parcel. Like the Brown County Planning Commission, the Village of Bellevue classifies land use based on the observable economic or physical activities conducted on a parcel. Classifying land use in this manner allows the Village to ascertain economic, demographic, and environmental trends for the benefit of the community.

Each year, a land use inventory is conducted which records any changes in land use throughout the Village of Bellevue.
