Sanitation Office / Scale House
Stop by the Sanitation Office window to purchase and/or pick-up your Punch Card, Recycling Permit, and second recycling cart. Make sure to fill out your request forms online ahead of time! You can also purchase yard waste bags here.
This building is also referred to as the Scale House because commercial users drive over the truck scale for their materials to be weighed prior to disposal in the landfill.
Leaf/Composting Operation
Through the miracle of Mother Nature (and with a little help from the employees in the Sanitation Division), leaves are turned into rich, organic compost in 3-6 months.
See the Residential Collection page of our website for more information on leaf collection.
Be sure to check out the yard waste and free compost points on this map as well!
