Hospitals use it to protect America from health, safety and security threats. The CDC uses it to track the location of sicknesses.
How do you get a job in GIS?
To get into GIS you either need a degree or certification.
What do you do throughout the day?
You do resource management and development planning.
I think GIS is pretty cool. I think it would be a good job because you would know where everything is, how to use location information, and you can go there to explore.
