Republican senator Mitch McConnell refuses federal aid to states suffering from Coronavirus deaths - especially if they voted for Democrats.

"The Rockefeller Institute of Government, is a nonpartisan public policy think-tank. It  examined the distribution  of federal revenues and spending for each state. Forty states had a positive balance of payments meaning federal spending in those states was greater than the taxes and other revenues sent from the states to the federal government. Ten states had negative balances." -  Route 50 

New York gave the most. Kentucky took amongst the most.
