Visual hierarchy is about organizing information on a page in a way that makes it easy for people to understand. . A visual flow is established by placing objects in a way that draws the eye to specific things. To create a clear visual hierarchy, designers can use size, color, contrast, value, and texture to emphasize important elements and create a focal point. By considering where the viewer's eyes will go first, second, and last, designers can establish a visual flow and avoid overwhelming the viewer with too much information.
1st changed color scheme to different shades of brown to be more cohesive
2nd changed the text color to white to be more visible and draw the viewers eye to the data without contrasting the brown colors too much
3rd I adjusted the transparency on of the color of the map so that the color differences would be more distinct making the legends easier to read
